Senior Product Designer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)6-month contract (extendable)Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join the B2C design team and drive high-impact product experiences across key charters in the consumer food space. In this role, you’ll take ownership of entire design tracks, mentor junior designers, and raise the bar for craft, execution, and design thinking across the board.You’ll work on fast-moving, user-facing B2C features that impact millions of customers—from emotional experiences to high-conversion journeys. This role involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams to turn insights into frameworks, frameworks into prototypes, and prototypes into polished, scalable solutions.You’ll be expected to think beyond UI — leading with empathy, applying structured problem-solving, and delivering clarity in ambiguous problem spaces. The ability to influence product direction, guide peers, and work seamlessly with senior stakeholders is essential.This is a contract-based opportunity with strong potential for long-term conversion based on performance and team fit.
