Key responsibilities include designing and delivering makeup artistry curriculum, conducting hands-on training sessions, evaluating students' progress, guiding students in shaping their portfolio, and staying updated on the latest makeup trends and techniques. The trainer will also offer guidance and support to students, helping them refine their skills and build confidence.QualificationsDiploma or certification in Makeup Artistry from CIDESCO / VLCC / Lakme Academy preferredMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Teaching and TrainingStrong expertise in Makeup Techniques, Hair Styling, Saree Draping, Beauty Trends, and Skincare FundamentalsExceptional skills in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal interactionsAbility to keep up-to-date with industry advancements and integrate them into curriculumCandidates with prior experience in training roles only will be preferredCompensationRs.3.6LPA to Rs.4.8LPASelection ProcessDemo Makeup (Candidate to arrange Model & Vanity kit), Demo Class (Candidate to prepare and share the ppt - Choice of topic lies with the candidate), Personal InterviewWe're flexible with the compensation for the right candidate but final compensation depends on candidates certification, experience and performance through the selection process.
