As an Ivalua Specialist, you will design and implement solutions for new finance initiatives, day-to-day Ivalua optimization, setting up new functionalities, customizing or modifying existing functionalities to transform the as-is processes.You will utilize your knowledge and experience of Ivalua to design solutions which meet business objectives and goals.You will participate in the development of solution design documents, functional design documents, configuration, testing and deployment.You will partner with business owners and digital teams to identify opportunities for improvement and offer up appropriate solution designs to meet business objectivesThrough your experience of Ivalua, you will translate business requirements into system configuration which meet business requirements.It is essential that you have a strong understanding of procurement processes and integration with legacy systems and you have strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English.Due to the rapid and continuous growth of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.What you’ll be doing:Full ownership of projects and quality of changes, from planning, communication, coordination, compliance aspects, customization and go-live hypercare;Analytical thinkingProviding scalable and innovative solutions;Ability to take fast decisions in a very dynamic environment, with some level of uncertaintyContribute to the identification of opportunities (processes, people) to improve project delivery and/or development methodologies.Training of key users and key user support. Analyzing issues and changes;Day to day support and incident resolutionWhat you’ll bring:Ability to have good grasp of the detail and manage multiple priorities in a quick turnaround environment5-12 years Ivalua hands-on experience including solution configuration and working on SQLIvalua certified both in S2C, P2P and integration (API, ETL)At least two full cycle of Ivalua implementation experienceFunctional knowledge of sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing and/or invoicingProven experience in Ivalua KPIs and data analytics dashboardsExperience with Ivalua integrations with SAP ECC or/and SAP S4 is an advantageExperience with SAP MM and SAP Vendor invoice management is an advantageGood in collecting the business requirements and translating the requirements to technical consultants. Hands-on experience in preparing functional specification, technical specification and conducting testing including UAT.Strategic thinking, being able to balance mid-term objectives with short-term tactics and goalsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenOrganized, flexible, proactive and result-oriented.Experience in leading a team and being a technical mentor is an advantageJSON – Familiar with JSON syntax (good to have)XML – Understand how to properly structure and use XML for transferring data.(Good to have)
