Location : Bangalore

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
➢ Program Management
• Align the ERP Roadmap with business objectives
• Working with stakeholders in the various business functions, senior IT
management and IT Technical leads ensuring the ERP Roadmap is agreed and
socialised and aligned with business strategy
• Using the ERP Roadmap to create resource plans and timings for new initiatives
• Provide direction to IT team members and project managers on projects
dependencies and the ERP Roadmap
➢ Project Management
• Ensure Projects are documented to Project Management methodologies
• Following up on tasks within projects and alignment of the project plan

• Producing project documentation for the Senior Leadership Team and business
stakeholders
• Chairing project meetings as per the defined cadence for a project
• Ensure project resources are aligned to project timelines
• Escalation of risks to required teams and coordination of those risks throughout
the lifecycle of the project
• Evolve Project Management methodologies
➢ Project Inception
• Working with stakeholders and IT Technical leads to create the business
requirements for new business initiatives
• Work with stakeholders to build Project Teams
• Define documentation requirements for lifecycle of project using project tailoring
tools

3.0Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Proven experience in a project management role
• Extensive experience using project management software MS Project, MS Teams, MS
Planner and SAP preferably ECC6
• Thorough knowledge of CPQ Systems, Microsoft 365 suite and integration between
system
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and
methodologies
• At least four full cycle SAP implementations as a Project Manager and or Program
Manager
• Experience communicating with global business users regarding business operations
and process improvement initiatives
• Experience communicating with senior management and other functional stakeholders
regarding business priorities
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience collaborating with multi-person virtual teams
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, have excellent initiative and possess strong analytical
skills
• Strong personal motivation, excellent work ethic and positive, team-oriented mindset
4.0 Mandatory Education and Experience
• B. Tech/B. E/MCA in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• PgMP certification an asset but not required
• At least 12+ years’ experience in a project management preferably managing SAP
implementation projects for MNC clients or companies

extended periods)
6.0 Other Conditions
• International and domestic short travel will be expected, the incumbent should expect
to travel 3 to 4 times per year
