Position Overview

The Sales Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, proposals, and negotiations while ensuring long-term partnerships. This role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a customer-first mindset to help Zayn expand its reach and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and trust.
  • Act as the main contact for client questions, issues, or service requests.
  • Remind clients of contract renewals and service expirations proactively.
  • Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts for outstanding invoices.
  • Identify new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and existing clients.
  • Support sales growth by introducing Zayn’s services to new customers.
  • Prepare, present, and share proposals with prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor and forecast monthly sales performance to cover expenses and contribute to profitability.
  • Conduct post-project check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle client complaints with professionalism and timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on company services to effectively present and promote solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Sales Executive, Business Development Officer, or similar role .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Knowledge of IT, digital marketing, or web services (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
