Job Description As the Supply Chain Senior, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, finance, and legal, to optimize the supply chain, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in supply chain management and compliance, along with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in supporting the growth and success of our drone programs.
Responsibilities :
Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain, including sourcing strategies, vendor management, inventory optimization, and cost reduction programs.
Procurement and Vendor Management: Oversee procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation of contracts, and ongoing relationship management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
Logistics and Distribution: Manage the logistics and distribution network, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers and partners.
Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management processes and systems to optimize inventory levels, minimize holding costs, and ensure availability of materials to support production and customer demand.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, including export controls, customs regulations, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier risks, geopolitical risks, and regulatory risks, through effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams, to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to supply chain processes, compliance activities, and performance metrics.
