Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as National Manager - Service Delivery located in Delhi. As a National Manager - Service Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service teams and optimizing service delivery processes.
The role will be responsible for organizing, deploying and monitoring the service processes & customer care initiatives and dealer engagement within organizational policies
The role is to carry out After-Sales activities and support dealers across India on various Service related issues.
The role requires in-depth understanding of Dealer service operations and customer engagement activities along with business acumen and good communication skills to deal with customers & dealers independently.
Providing technical support and handle customer complaints in order to enhance customer satisfaction. Submit reports as required for implementing long term solutions.
KPI includes, targets related to Network Expansion, After-Sales revenue, Customer Satisfaction, Process implementation, Manpower Training & development activities
Prepare, recommend and implement action plan on process improvement. Focus on implementing Best Practices of the industry.
Sustainably implements practices that meet customers’ needs and building productive alliances with customers / stakeholders. Submit timely reports
Qualification
B Tech. / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent
Working Experience
Min. 5-6 Years of After-Sales exposure in automobile industry
Skills & Competencies
Experience in service delivery management or a related field
Customer centric approach / passion for Customers
Strong Analytical skills and providing technical solutions
Knowledge of service delivery best practices and processes
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to manage and lead service team effectively
Good knowledge of MS office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
EH&S : Enforcement and compliance with legal requirements as well as determined environmental, health & Safety requirements of Eberspaecher EH&S system.
