Summary:Soliton is seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Executive – Human Resources to support and strengthen our HR operations. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to manage employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance, and drive HR efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of people-centric policies, enhance employee engagement, and improve HR systems and analytics that align with Soliton’s values and growth goals.Position Overview:The Senior Executive – HR will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and value-driven HR processes across the organization. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining compliance, and enhancing HR systems and policies in alignment with the company’s core values.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance support, and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless HR experience.- Partner with business leaders and internal teams to design and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies, maintaining consistency with organizational values and best practices.- Streamline and maintain HR systems, databases, and HRMS platforms to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, processes, and frameworks across departments.- Maintain employee records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring readiness for audits and compliance checks.- Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.- Drive process improvements, HR automation, and data-driven initiatives to strengthen HR operational excellence.- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives that contribute to organizational development and employee satisfaction.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations .- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and data management tools.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.- Experience in process automation and HR analytics is a plus.Benefits:- We want every Soliton member to grow to their highest potential.
