Role Overview
Ivy Homes seeks a motivated Product Manager with an eye for design and a knack for solving complex problems. You’ll drive product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and shape our platform to deliver unmatched value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Ivy Homes’ goals. Identify market opportunities and prioritize features based on customer and data insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products. Partner closely with AI/ML teams to integrate advanced models.
- User Experience & Design: Advocate for an intuitive user experience by understanding customer journeys. Implement user feedback loops for continuous product improvement.
- Project Management: Lead the product lifecycle from conception to launch, managing priorities and timelines to meet market demands.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance and set KPIs that drive success.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
- Experience: 1+ years as a product analyst or product management, preferably in tech or real estate.
- Skills: Design sensibility, problem-solving skills, and experience with product management tools.
