We are looking for a dynamic Senior Director/VP of Product to drive the next phase of our growth and innovation.
Role Overview: As the Senior Director/VP of Product, you will lead the product strategy and execution, ensuring the development and delivery of world-class B2C products. You will be hands-on, guiding product development from discovery to launch, infusing a high pace into both product and tech processes. Your role will involve working closely with the CEO to make impactful decisions and drive growth through a deep understanding of business fundamentals, especially in subscription-based models.
Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product vision and strategy. Work directly with the CEO to drive fast-paced, impactful decisions that align with the company’s goals.
•Product Development: Oversee end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and development to launch. Ensure that product development processes are efficient, innovative, and aligned with market needs.
•Pace and Efficiency: Infuse a high pace into ways of working, both in product development and technical execution. Continuously improve processes to accelerate time-to-market.
•Growth Mindset: Demonstrate the ability to turn around projects and drive improvements quickly, adapting to changes and challenges with agility.
•Analytical Expertise: Utilize strong analytical skills to understand complex user behavior and drive strategy based on data insights. Make data-driven decisions to enhance product performance and user engagement.
•Monetization and Pricing: Develop and implement effective monetization strategies, including pricing and discounting tactics, to optimize revenue and drive top-line growth.
•Business Acumen: Leverage a solid understanding of business fundamentals, with a focus on subscription-based models, to drive product strategies and decisions.
