As Vice President, you will:
- Define and execute strategic plans to establish Ginni Housing as a leader in luxury real estate.
- Lead all aspects of real estate development, including land acquisition, project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and project efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, CP networks, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor financial models to ensure project profitability and sustainability.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry events, strengthening brand presence and reputation.
- Drive innovation and operational excellence across all projects.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, sales, or business strategy.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the tricity real estate market and its dynamics.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies that deliver results.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
