We’re Hiring: Associate Manager – Events | Physics Wallah Location: Noida (Head Office) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager – Events to plan, lead, and execute high-impact business and marketing events aligned with our brand objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in event management, BTL marketing, digital marketing coordination, vendor management, and performance analytics, along with a creative mindset to deliver memorable brand experiences. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute business events and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align event strategies with brand positioning and lead-generation goals. Design and implement BTL marketing initiatives for effective audience engagement. Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure strong online promotion of events across channels. Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless execution of events. Create and manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and operational planning. Work cross-functionally with internal teams for smooth execution and post-event reporting. Conceptualize and deliver innovative event formats that resonate with the target audience. Support post-event content creation, including videos and promotional materials. Track event performance metrics, analyze data, and use insights to optimize future initiatives. Key Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in business event planning and execution. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, BTL marketing, and digital marketing . Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination. Creative thinker with the ability to execute unique and engaging event concepts. Experience with webinars and virtual events . Proficiency in video editing tools for promotional and post-event content. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and derive insights from event performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
