The Canada IT Recruiter will manage the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process for IT-related roles. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and proactively identifying top talent in the IT industry.QualificationsExperience of working with MSP/VMS clients/ State ClientsExperience of working mainly on Canada IT rolesProficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processesStrong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical RecruitingExperience in hiring and building talented, diverse IT teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlinesKnowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is preferredBachelor's degree in any field.
