As we expand our operations in India, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on IT recruitment to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a vibrant organization while enhancing your career in technical recruitment.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define qualifications and criteria for technical roles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Train and guide hiring managers on effective interview techniques and candidate assessments to enhance the selection process.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Utilize professional networks, social media, events, conferences, and workshops to attract and engage top talent.
  • Champion the company’s employer brand by creating compelling storytelling campaigns and enhancing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Motivate employees to act as brand ambassadors, contributing to a strong talent pipeline through an employee referral program.
  • Plan, promote, and manage the employee referral program to drive high-quality candidate referrals.
  • Actively support and participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and insights, providing strategic recruitment advice to management.
  • Conduct manpower analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Continuously assess and improve the candidate experience, ensuring alignment with best practices and evolving needs.
  • Contribute to talent development initiatives and support other HR-related projects as assigned.
  • Provide expert advice to management on talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.


What we’re looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong expertise in technical talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing and assessing IT professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and modern business communication tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English , ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
