Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a sourcing manager at WCube in Gurugram. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Skills
- Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in vendor management and procurement
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
