We are looking for a Backend/Full-stack developer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. If you consider yourself a rockstar with MERN and enjoy taking full ownership of your work, this is the opportunity for you Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

2+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
~ At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
~ Experience using Docker.
~ English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
~ Opportunity to work remotely for a US-based fast-growing startup.
