### **Job Overview:**

We are seeking a bilingual (English & Korean) Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Hyperhire. This role involves providing exceptional customer service via email and virtual calls to our Korean and English-speaking clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Handle customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services in both English and Korean via email and virtual calls.

- **Issue Resolution:** Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- **Product Assistance:** Guide customers in understanding and using our products, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed information as needed.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and provide insights for process improvements.

- **Customer Feedback:** Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and pass it on to relevant teams.

### **Skills & Qualifications:**

- **Fluency in English and Korean (both written and spoken).**

- **Excellent communication skills** and the ability to handle a variety of customer interactions in a professional manner.

- Prior experience in **customer support** or a similar role is preferred.

- **Strong problem-solving skills** and the ability to manage customer expectations.

- **Tech-savvy** with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

- **Time management skills** to handle high volumes of emails and calls efficiently.
