Job Description:

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering :

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements related to customer care and billing operations.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and system configurations.

System Configuration :

  • Configure Oracle CC&B to meet business requirements, including rates, billing cycles, meter configurations, payments, adjustments, and workflows.

Implementation and Upgrades :

  • Lead or participate in the implementation of new Oracle CC&B solutions, upgrades, or system enhancements.
  • Ensure successful migration of data and configuration to the new environment.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

  • Develop and execute test plans and cases for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and resolve issues during the testing phases.

Training and Support :

  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle CC&B functionalities.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to address and resolve system-related issues.

Documentation :

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

Consultation and Best Practices :

  • Advise clients on industry best practices and Oracle CC&B features to optimize customer care and billing operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and system functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B implementation, configuration, or support.
  • Strong understanding of utility industry processes, including billing, meter-to-cash, customer service, and payments.
  • Proficiency in Oracle CC&B modules and their configuration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address functional and system issues effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and map business processes to CC&B functionalities.
