We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Business Development Manager who knows the ins and outs of the marketing agency landscape and can drive growth by forming strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our client base globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, with a focus on e-commerce, SaaS, and B2B sectors.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
  • Develop relationships with agencies in other countries for collaborative partnerships.
  • Pitch our unique value proposition to international prospects.
  • Process Automation:
  • Streamline and automate onboarding processes to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Implement automation tools to improve outreach strategies and track lead conversions.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Create and execute business development strategies tailored to our services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Account Management:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance, and social media) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic negotiations and deal closures.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, including revenue, lead conversions, and retention rates.
  • Provide insights and feedback to refine our sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition within a marketing/digital agency.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value clients.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media management, SEO, and UGC.
  • Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to create tailored proposals and pitch decks for prospects.
  • Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and a knack for building relationships.
  • Network: Existing connections within e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries are a plus.
