Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for D2C brands, driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to achieve client KPIs.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting segments.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage ad budgets to maximize ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct experiments on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for Google and Meta ads.
  • Scaling Campaigns: Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years managing Google and Meta ad campaigns for D2C brands in an agency or brand-side role.
  • Platforms Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
  • Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to collaborate on creative strategies for ad copy and visuals to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and reporting.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues quickly.
  • D2C Knowledge: Deep understanding of D2C consumer behavior and funnel optimization.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
