Hi-Tech Digital Solutions , through its CSR initiative Anterdhawani , is committed to making a positive impact on lives through community-focused healthcare programs. We are actively working in the areas of spondylosis and arthritis treatment and awareness — offering access to care and educational outreach for chronic condition management.
We are hiring a Healthcare Outreach Specialist to lead and expand our patient engagement and public health efforts under Anterdhawani.

Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new patients through NGOs, schools, colleges, clinics, community centers, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain partnerships with doctors, hospitals, psychologists, and local healthcare providers for referrals.
Represent Antardhwani in outreach events, mental health drives, and webinars to raise awareness.
Organize health awareness camps , community drives, and patient education sessions
Design and execute outreach campaigns to increase awareness and access to treatment
Track outreach metrics and support CSR reporting

5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach , patient advocacy , or CSR programs (hospital/NGO)
~ Experience in chronic disease , orthopedic , or rehab programs is a strong plus
~ Strong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati & English), compassionate approach
~ Familiarity with community healthcare or grassroots mobilization
