Every dayPosition Overview:As the AVP R&D Product (Nutraceuticals), you will lead the product development process of the new microbiome-based nutraceuticals and topicals. You will utilize market research data and consumer behavior trends to support new product ideas.You will be responsible for all stages of product development from inception to deployment.Your responsibilities:Outline and execute product development strategy and roadmapIdentify new market opportunities and develop new product concepts to address customer and market demandManage vendors sourcing raw ingredients, contract manufacturing, and NPDIdentifying sources and partners of raw material ingredients and manufacturersActively search for products and vendors to support the development and pipeline of new productsEnsure timely development of bench-top prototypes, stability study, sensory, and scale-up for commercialization.Create & manage timelines, budgets, and product development activitiesIdentify & review new ingredients, products, and technologies to determine scientific viability and applicationsMake sure the product is compliant with various government standardsIdentify achievements, failures & bottlenecks and present to management in a weekly reviewWhat You Need To Have:Extreme ownership mindset5+ years of proven experience in the Nutraceutical supplements products industry.Food Technology BackgroundProject management & data interpretation skillsKnowledge of domestic nutraceutical marketsScientific acumen and familiarity with nutraceutical, microbiome-based ingredients, and raw materialsKnowledge of food science, process technology, and a good understanding of nutrition & food regulationsTalent for communicating, influencing, and problem-solvingAnalytical thought process and excellent organizational skillsWill and ability to travel in India from time to time to manage production sitesPlease mail your CV to
