In this role, you'll develop and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data pipelines that power our platform's predictive analytics and market insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement machine learning models for real estate market analysis and predictionDevelop and maintain scalable data processing pipelinesCreate sophisticated statistical models for property valuation and market trendsDesign and implement reinforcement learning solutions for dynamic pricing and decision optimizationBuild and optimize data collection and validation processesImplement feature engineering techniques to improve model performanceDevelop automated reporting systems and interactive dashboardsCollaborate with full-stack and AI engineers to integrate models into productionConduct A/B tests and experiments to validate model improvementsDocument methodologies, algorithms, and technical specificationsMonitor and optimize model performance in productionRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in data science / data analytics related domain.Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Pytorch/Tensorflow)Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning modelsDemonstrated experience in reinforcement learning and its practical applicationsExpertise in statistical analysis and mathematical modelingExperience with SQL and database managementProficiency in data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, D3 or similar)Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applicationsExperience with version control systems (Git)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in real estate analytics or related domainKnowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)Knowledge of MLOps practices and toolsExperience with time series analysis and forecastingBackground in geospatial data analysisContributions to open-source data science projectsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology in the real estate sectorCollaborative environment with a team of experienced engineersProfessional development and growth opportunitiesCompetitive salary and benefits packageRemote-friendly work environment
