NestAway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading real estate technology company that is redefining the concept of living and renting properties. Nestaway has recently entered into the Resale vertical encashing the biggest opportunity of the Residential real estate Market.
The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned zone, managing a team of property consultants, meeting revenue targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences in. Lead and manage a team of Property Consultants specializing in resale residential transactions.
● Leverage market intelligence to build property listings and expand the customer base.
Team Management
● Set monthly/quarterly targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when needed.
● Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Client Relationship Management
● Ensure adherence to company processes, legal documentation requirements, and ethical practices.
● Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, legal requirements, and competitive offerings.
Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
● Deep understanding of the real estate resale market (local area expertise preferred).
● Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
● 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record in residential resale,
● Resale experience /channel partner firm experience preferred
● Minimum 2–3 years in a team leader / supervisory role.
● Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and property listing platforms.
