Secure Pay is a dynamic fintech startup transforming digital payment solutions for businesses and individuals. With a focus on secure, scalable, and user-friendly financial technologies, they aim to revolutionize the way payments are made and managed.
Secure Pay is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer for their operations in Dehradun, who will lead the development of cutting-edge fintech applications while mentoring a team of freshers and interns.
Position: Senior Full Stack Web Developer (Team Lead – Fintech Solutions)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Location: Dehradun

Reports To: Senior Management
Note: The candidates who apply should be living in Dehradun

Experience: 5+ years in full stack web development, with at least 2 years in fintech or financial technology solutions.

Salary: ₹ 16 - 20 Lac CTC per annum
Job Description
The Senior Full Stack Web Developer will lead SecurePay’s tech team in designing, developing, and implementing robust fintech solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of web applications, integrating payment gateways, and ensuring the security and compliance of financial data systems. This role requires deep expertise in fintech technologies and the ability to mentor and manage junior developers.
Responsibilities :
1.    Leadership and Mentorship:
·      Lead and mentor a team of freshers and interns, guiding them in fintech-specific technologies and best practices
·      Conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team
2.    Development and Architecture:
·      Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications tailored for the fintech domain
·      Build and manage APIs for secure integration with payment gateways, digital wallets, and financial services
·      Implement solutions for real-time data processing and high-volume transaction systems
3.    Security and Compliance:
·      Ensure the security of financial data through encryption, tokenisation, and secure authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT)
·      Implement compliance measures for regulations like PCI DSS, AML, KYC, and GDPR
4.    Optimization and Innovation:
·      Optimize web applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
·      Research and integrate emerging fintech technologies like blockchain, AI, and microservices architecture
Technical Skills Required: ·       Frontend Development: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
·       Backend Development: Advanced knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and server- side development tailored for financial systems.
·       Database Management: Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL for relational data and MongoDB for NoSQL data.
·       API Development: Proficiency in building and securing RESTful and GraphQL APIs for fintech integrations.
·       Payment Integrations: Hands-on experience with payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal), UPI, and other fintech APIs.
·       Authentication & Security: Strong understanding of OAuth, SAML, JWT, tokenization, and multi-factor authentication.
·       Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting and scalability.
·       DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
·       Testing: Proficiency in testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress for quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
·       Fintech Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital wallets, payment systems, KYC/AML workflows, and regulatory compliance.
·       Emerging Tech: Experience with blockchain technology or AI-powered financial tools is a plus.
