**Position**: Corporate and Cyber Crime Lawyer

**Educational Qualification**:Degree in Law

**Location**: Dehradun

**No. of Vacancy**: 1
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience working with corporate clients or in a law firm specializing in cyber law.

**Employment Type**:Full-Time

**Salary**:50000 - 55000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing legal counsel on corporate law matters, including business transactions, and compliance issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and agreements to ensure alignment with corporate and cyber law requirements.
- Handle legal aspects of cybercrime cases, including data breaches, online fraud, identity theft, and digital defamation.
- Advise on compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, IT Act) and assist in drafting privacy policies.
- Support the development and implementation of internal policies related to data privacy and cyber security.
- Conduct legal research on emerging trends in cyber laws and digital regulations.
