Role Description

This is an internship role for a Sales Associate located on-site in Mumbai . We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard fashion brands onto our platform, ensuring seamless integration and fostering long-term relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for fashion with your sales expertise to help brands succeed in the digital marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Outreach: Identify and reach out to fashion brands, showcasing the value of our platform in driving their growth and visibility.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide brands through the onboarding process, from initial contact to full integration on the platform.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fashion brand representatives, acting as their primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to explain platform benefits tailored to each brand's needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, tech, and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any concerns raised by brands.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (experience in fashion or e-commerce is a plus).
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes or customer relationship management is preferred.


Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and trends is highly desirable.
