We are seeking an experienced Senior Radiologist Consultant to join our dynamic and expanding Radiology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled radiologist to enhance their career in a prestigious hospital environment with opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Diagnostic Imaging Services : Provide expert consultation and diagnostic interpretation across all imaging modalities, including MRI , CT , Ultrasound , and other advanced imaging technologies .
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with clinicians, surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive diagnostic insights and treatment planning for patients.
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement : Lead initiatives for improving diagnostic accuracy, safety protocols, and the quality of imaging services, ensuring compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Use of Advanced AI Technology : Leverage AI-powered diagnostic tools to improve image interpretation and reduce diagnostic errors, enhancing clinical outcomes.
  • Patient Care and Communication : Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through clear and accurate communication of diagnostic findings to patients and referring physicians.
  • Continuous Learning : Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay at the forefront of radiology advancements, including exposure to emerging technologies in imaging.

Qualifications :

  • Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) with specialized training in Radiology .
  • Post-graduate qualification in Radiology (MD, DNB, or equivalent).
  • 8-10 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, with significant exposure to working in large tertiary care hospitals .
  • Training from a premium institution known for excellence in radiology education and practice.
  • Experience in a wide range of imaging techniques , including MRI, CT, Ultrasound , and other advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies applied in radiology and their role in diagnostics.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior radiologists, residents, and medical teams.
  • Valid medical licensure in (Country/Region).

Skills and Competencies :

  • Expertise in Diagnostic Imaging : Profound knowledge and practical experience in MRI, CT, Ultrasound , and other advanced imaging techniques.
  • Leadership & Mentoring : Ability to lead a team of radiologists and trainees, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Advanced Technological Proficiency : Familiarity with AI-driven imaging technologies , PACS systems, and advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Clinical Decision-Making : Strong ability to interpret complex imaging results and provide actionable insights for clinical management.
  • Effective Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to medical teams, patients, and families.
  • Research-Oriented : Interest in academic research, including contributions to publications, clinical trials, and presenting at conferences.
