We have successfully developed Organo Naandi, a fully operational thriving community on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Our upcoming projects, Organo Antharam and Organo Damaragidda, are well on their way to welcome their inhabitants. We are also working on Organo Rurban Lofts, a pathbreaking concept of living. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect/Sr. Architect at Organo Eco Habitats located in Hyderabad. The Architect/Sr. architect will be responsible for architectural design, The Architect/Sr. Architects will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. The senior architect will be responsible for leading the design of Eco Habitat projects, working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and developing creative solutions that meet their requirements. He/ she will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior architects, ensuring that they can deliver high-quality work that meets the highest industry standards. This position is for a creative thinker with a passion for sustainable design.

·      Review architectural and engineering drawings and coordinate with consultants throughout the development process. Guiding sub-consultants like MEP, and structural and landscape architects, and coordinate with them to develop design and design specifications. Manage sub-consultants and coordinate their consultancy and evaluate their payments.

·      Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural and engineering codes, ordinances, and regulations. Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental regulations.

·      Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials. Conduct research and formulate recommendations for site planning, architectural, MEP, structural issues, and scheduling.

·      Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.

·      Liaising with various departments within the organization to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.

·      Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.

·      Maintain accurate, up-to-date architectural records, including construction drawings and specifications

·      Manage project schedules and track progress

·      Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
