Job Title: Intune AdministratorLocation: HyderabadExperience: 8-12 YearsRequirements:1 Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing Intune for device and application management, ensuring compliance and security.2 Intune Agent Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of any Agent Sync Issues3. Supporting Intune Enrolment by SMS, EMAIL, Agent based for the end users & Hands on Experience in Intune Admin console4. Supporting Platform specific issues in Agent and Active Sync configuration for Windows Laptops and Tablets. Basic Troubleshooting of Email Access issues in registered Devices5. Handling Intune Incident Tickets and Basic Service Request in Queue6. Should be able to Query, Add, Lock, Wipe, Retire Devices from Admin console7. Monitor and ensure the Intune Services Availability8. Distribute and Monitor Applications published using Intune Admin console9. Generate and Provide various reports including Agent status, Application Published Status10. Demonstrate proven track record in addressing moderately complex technical issues11. Good written and verbal communication skills for communicating at all levels; including good presentation skills12. Excellent team player13. Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven and well organized.
