Handling Intune Incident Tickets and Basic Service Request in Queue6. Should be able to Query, Add, Lock, Wipe, Retire Devices from Admin console7. Monitor and ensure the Intune Services Availability8. Distribute and Monitor Applications published using Intune Admin console9. Generate and Provide various reports including Agent status, Application Published Status10. Demonstrate proven track record in addressing moderately complex technical issues11. Good written and verbal communication skills for communicating at all levels; including good presentation skills12. Excellent team player13. Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven and well organized.
