Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive our growth. As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you are passionate about SaaS sales, have a proven track record of success, and possess 10-15 years of relevant experience, including CLM sales, we want to hear from you. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Provide valuable market insights and feedback to help shape our product roadmap. Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. ~10-15 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in software or solutions sales. ~ Specific experience in CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) sales is highly desirable. ~ Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. ~ Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses.
