Role Overview: SuperPe is looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in leading influencer marketing strategies, content creation, and managing digital campaigns. You will be responsible for promoting the SuperPe app both online and offline, creating engaging content, and collaborating with agencies to enhance brand awareness and product visibility. This role also involves testing various use cases of the app to ensure seamless user experience and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities: Brand Promotion: Help promote the brand both online and offline. Create engaging content that highlights the unique features of the SuperPe app to drive user acquisition and brand visibility. Content Creation: Develop and produce content on a daily/weekly basis for performance marketing campaigns. This includes recording at least 5 videos per week across multiple use cases, such as interactions with shopkeepers, auto drivers, restaurant and cafes, and other similar transaction scenarios where the SuperPe app is used. Testing Use Cases: Test 10-15 different use cases of the SuperPe app each week to ensure that all functionalities are working smoothly. Provide feedback and collaborate with the product analytics teams to drive continuous improvements. Video Production & Scripting: Write scripts and produce videos that showcase the SuperPe app in various real-world scenarios (100% working use-cases). The content should cover different genres and formats, particularly reels and short-form videos, to engage a wider audience. Collaboration with Performance Marketing: Work closely with the performance marketing team or external agencies to ensure the content and assets are optimized for different platforms. Regularly test assets, gather feedback, and refine strategies based on the performance data to maximize campaign effectiveness. Transaction Recordings: The role involves documenting real-world SuperPe transactions through video recordings. These transactions will take place in various environments, including but not limited to interactions with shopkeepers, auto drivers, restaurants and more. This content will be used to showcase the ease and efficiency of the SuperPe app in real-life situations. Requirements: - Experience: 2-4 years of experience in leading influencer marketing efforts for a brand. - Content Creation: Prior experience in creating engaging content, particularly in video formats, is essential. - Agency Collaboration: Experience working with influencers or agencies to execute marketing campaigns. - Fintech/Health Tech Experience: Experience in fintech or health tech industries is preferred but not mandatory.
