Influencer Marketing Associate

Position Overview :
As an Influencer Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit influencers across various social media platforms to support our client campaigns. You will utilize your research skills to discover new influencers who align with campaign objectives and brand values. Your role is crucial in building a network of influencers that will enhance our marketing strategies and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Discovery: Research and identify potential influencers across different social platforms based on client requirements and campaign goals.
- Influencer Outreach: Engage with influencers through direct communication and establish initial contact to gauge interest and discuss collaboration opportunities.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of influencers, tracking their profiles, engagement metrics, and collaboration history.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor trends and emerging influencers in relevant niches to keep our influencer roster fresh and relevant.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Manager to understand campaign needs and provide influencer recommendations that align with campaign objectives.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration and successful campaign execution.
- Reporting: Track and report on influencer outreach activities, including response rates and successful engagements, and provide insights for optimization.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties related to influencer management, including contract coordination and documentation.
