As we expand, we’re looking for a growth-driven, analytical, and execution-focused Senior Growth Executive to supercharge our lead generation, client acquisition, and outreach efforts.Role OverviewThis role is all about driving measurable business growth . You'll lead outbound outreach, optimize acquisition funnels, experiment with new channels, and bring in qualified leads for our tech services and partnerships.Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & ExecutionDesign and run growth experiments across LinkedIn, email, and partnershipsBuild and optimize cold outreach campaigns to acquire startup clients, agencies, and ecosystem partnersMap and optimize the entire client acquisition funnel , from awareness to conversionOutreach & Relationship BuildingIdentify and reach out to non-technical founders, accelerators, and agenciesUse tools like LinkedIn, Instantly, Mailchimp to automate and personalize outreachMaintain CRM-style logs for follow-ups and lead nurturingContent & Messaging for GrowthCreate outreach messages, landing page copy, and case studies that convert interest into meetingsCollaborate with design/writing teams to develop growth-focused assetsPartnerships & Ecosystem PlayBuild strategic relationships with startup communities, VCs, accelerators, and agencies for long-term inbound growthExplore and test co-marketing campaigns, referrals, and joint venturesMust-Have Qualifications1 year in growth, business development, or marketing with measurable resultsHands-on experience with lead generation, cold outreach, funnel metrics, and client acquisitionStrong command of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Mailchimp, Zapier, NotionComfortable with data, KPIs, A/B testing, and growth experimentsExcellent written communication and persuasive writing skillsPreferred QualificationsWorked with tech services, SaaS, or early-stage startupsFamiliar with global markets or international client outreachBasic understanding of performance marketing, SEO, or inbound growthExperience working with startup founders or accelerator communitiesWhy Join CodeNicely?Directly impact business growth and revenueWork on growth campaignsFast-paced, experimental culture with room to test and iterateCollaborate with a sharp, mission-driven team helping founders launch faster
