1. Associate Dean, Ranking & Rating
Role Overview:
As the Associate Dean for Ranking & Rating, you will be pivotal in elevating CMR University's global standing by improving rankings in national and international surveys. You’ll spearhead strategies to enhance the university's reputation, attract top-tier faculty and students, and ensure the submission of high-quality data to ranking bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve ranking and rating performance.
- Conduct analysis of ranking methodologies to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance research output and visibility.
- Manage compliance and reporting for ranking surveys.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15–20 years of academic leadership experience, including a cadre position of Professor for at least 3 years.
- Strong understanding of ranking frameworks and experience with data analysis.
2. Director, Innovations & Startup
Role Overview:
The Director of Innovations & Startup will lead efforts to establish a vibrant innovation ecosystem at CMR University. This role involves mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, fostering industry collaborations, and driving initiatives to support faculty and student startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy.
- Manage innovation centers and incubators to support entrepreneurial ventures.
- Organize workshops, hackathons, and events to promote creativity and problem-solving.
- Secure funding and resources for startup initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field.
- 15–20 years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, preferably in academia and industry.
- Strong knowledge of the startup ecosystem and intellectual property management.
3. Deputy Director, School of Liberal Studies
Role Overview:
The Deputy Director will shape the future of liberal arts education at CMR University, with a specific focus on Psychology. You’ll oversee academic programs, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and mentor faculty while fostering a stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage academic programs and ensure quality in liberal arts education.
- Promote interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
- Implement innovative teaching and learning methodologies.
- Represent the School of Liberal Studies at academic forums.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field.
- 15–18 years of experience in higher education, with 3+ years as a Professor.
- Strong understanding of liberal arts education and student engagement.
