Lead design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations

~ Architect and implement realtime data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions

~ Ensure seamless integration of OT systems PLC SCADA MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud

~ Develop and maintain secure efficient data exchange using REST APIs MQTT and OPC UA protocols

~ Manage industrial databases SQL historian timeseries databases for high availability and performance

~ Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 40 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics

~ Troubleshoot optimize and support existing SCADAMES deployments to ensure minimal downtime

~ Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team

~410 years of experience in SCADAMES engineering within the manufacturing industry

~ Mandatory Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation including scripting module configuration and project deployment

Strong background in MES functions production tracking OEE downtime analysis traceability SPC etc

Proficiency with database technologies SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL or equivalent

Handson experience with OTIT integration technologies

Strong knowledge of industrial control systems PLC SCADA HMIs and plant floor connectivity

Experience with cloudbased IIoT platforms Azure IoT AWS IoT etc

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments

Familiarity with containerization Docker Kubernetes for SCADAMES deployments

Experience in working on largescale digital transformationIndustry 40 projects
