Job Title: AWS CDK + TypeScript - Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 1 Month Contract

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer specializing in AWS CDK and TypeScript to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using modern Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. You will work on building secure, reliable cloud networks and applications in AWS using TypeScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure as code with AWS CDK and TypeScript.
  • Design scalable cloud networks and applications (VPC, subnets, NAT gateways, EC2/Lambda).
  • Write reusable TypeScript constructs for AWS resources.
  • Use AWS CDK CLI (cdk synth, cdk deploy) to deploy stacks.
  • Debug and troubleshoot deployment issues in AWS environments.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to ensure best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in AWS CDK with TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, etc.).
  • Experience with Node.js and npm package management.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and AWS CLI.
  • Familiarity with security, cost optimization, and high availability practices in AWS.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to write clear technical documentation.
