JOB Description:-
Project Management of Technology transfer, Internalization, NPI, Process life cycle management projects.
Define timelines, mapping activities for each project.
Aligning cross functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered as scheduled.
Define a structured team with each team member having well-defined responsibilities, lines of communication, an appropriate level of authority.
Establish an assessment system that is documented, systematic process, of verifying, tracking and reporting on activities.
Proactively identify project opportunities and risks and manage cross-functional project timeline and follow up with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Making and sharing of Project Progress Report. Creates and distributes all control reports, forms, logs, agendas, meeting minutes, and other documents necessary to appropriately communicate and record the activities of the respective project team.
Interface between external and internal stakeholder of the projects.
Review the project schedule and cost estimate covers project scope.
Internally coordination with PPC, Quality Assurance, Tech Ops, and Purchase team for project requirements, documentations with respect to quality systems, review of new project timelines, and procurement related activities.
Externally coordination with I & D and SCM team for launch of new products, modification in existing products and for demand plan.
Closure of all critical issues by organizing the necessary interactions between relevant teams, concluding and minuting alignment & action points.
Responsible to define and design strategic initiatives and drive those projects for on time Completion.
Responsible for establishing governance mechanism for time sensitive projects, and ensuring regular action-oriented meetings are conducted.
Designing Governance Mechanism and ensuring daily/weekly updates to the senior leadership team
Drive Steering committee & Management reviews data
Responsible for defining budget, arranging cost center & resource mapping for the
upcoming project.
Supporting Plant Director in mapping & tracking of time sensitive, high visibility & critical to business tasks in hand.
Responsible for conducting periodic functional performance review and ensuring closure of tasks.
