Job Description:

• Provide PMO support for PULSE Hypercare activities

• Provide PMO support for the PV Systems Portfolio by onboarding new scrum masters, supporting the PV Systems meeting cadence, and managing demand.

• Monitor value realization data and update the Value Realization Scorecard.

• Provide administrative support for the GMS Technology Governance Council (e.g. scheduling meetings, assisting with requirements/testing for the Release Tracker, Release Tracker follow-ups).

• Maintain PMO SharePoint sites

• Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to requests and questions.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

• Experience in program management and administration

• Ability to work during US (East Coast) business hours
