Job Responsibilities –
As the Art Director for Performance Marketing, you will spearhead the creative direction and execution of performance marketing initiatives, driving innovation and ensuring exceptional quality across all projects.
Leading a dynamic team of copy heads, art directors, and strategists, you will craft compelling pitches, engage with key stakeholders, and manage team resources efficiently.
Your role will encompass developing and implementing new processes, mentoring team members, nurturing emerging leaders, and actively participating in campus recruitment.
Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the creative strategy and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team. Key Responsibilities :
1. New Pitches
● Develop high-quality pitches for new and retained clients, incorporating the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations.
● Train copy heads, art directors, and strategists in pitch deck creation.
2. Leading the Copy Head, Strategists, video editors and Art Director in Performance Marketing Clusters
● Ensure the highest standard of creative work quality and quantity.
● Develop case studies for critical projects.
● Resolve client concerns and share learnings internally.
● Ensure proper knowledge transfer (KT) for new joiners in the cluster.
● Capitalize on innovation, new formats, and trends in creative work.
3. Meeting Key Stakeholders
● Regularly meet with major client stakeholders to nurture relationships and understand their needs.
● Provide tailored solutions and document feedback from client meetings.
4. Team Bandwidth, Training & New Process Implementation
● Share monthly team bandwidth utilization reports with the VP.
● Organize and conduct training sessions for the brand communication team.
● Develop and evaluate training materials to improve strategic thinking and collaboration.
● Create bandwidth for onboarding new projects.
5. Marketing Innovation
● Encourage and implement innovative activities related to overall communication that enhance user experience, improve client ROI and reduce marketing costs
6. Nurturing New Leaders
● Mentor and guide potential leaders within the team.
● Track mentees' progress and contributions.
● Encourage team members to engage in personal skill improvement through internal sessions.
7. Case Study Submission
● Submit case studies for executed accounts, showcasing successful campaigns and learnings.
8. Campus Placement & Employee Retention
● Participate in campus placements to hire suitable candidates.
● Ensure low attrition rates by addressing cultural, performance, and management issues.
● Align interviews and tasks to hire the right candidates. Requirements: Experience:

Mastery of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
● Expertise in copywriting and content creation across various platforms (digital,print, social media)
● Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and compelling design work and written content
● Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and storytelling techniques
● Excellent command of language, grammar, and brand voice consistency
● Proven leadership and team management capabilities
● Exceptional project management skills, including workflow optimization and budget management
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and team collaboration
● Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
