**Qualifications **- MBBS, certification in palliative medicine is desirable.

**Experience** - 5-10 years of experience in managing Health care projects specifically in palliative care.

**Location** - Kolkata

**Compensation **- As per Standards

**Essential Skills**
- Proven working experience in managing projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Understanding the unique needs and challenges of palliative care patients.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

**Job Profile**

1. Project Planning: Developing a detailed Palliative Care project plan to track progress using verification techniques to manage project scope, schedule, and costs.

2. Team Management: Coordinate with the medical and other team members and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.

3. Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimise project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

4. Stakeholder Management: Manage the relationship with all stakeholders including other healthcare professionals and government bodies.

5. Reporting: Measure and monitor project performance and report to the funders. Report and escalate to management as needed.

6. Providing Patient Care

7. Improving the quality of and access to existing palliative care services in West Bengal
