Job Description: AVP - Global Operations Location: Work Mode: In-Office Experience: 10 - 15 Years (with focus on high-impact execution) Handelnine Global is a fast-growing e-commerce house of brands, operating 10+ online retail brands and serving customers in 60+ countries. We connect global demand and supply by sourcing products from manufacturers worldwide and delivering them through a tech-enabled, end-to-end logistics and fulfillment network. With offices and fulfilment hubs in Mumbai, New York, and London, and an increasingly expanding global warehouse network, we support multi-region delivery, cross-border shipping, and last-mile partnerships at scale. We are profitable, self-funded, and expanding rapidly into new markets with frequent brand launches. Our growth is fuelled by strong operational execution, data-led decision making, and continuous improvement across the entire supply chain. Direct accountability for global shipping costs and operational efficiency. You will implement aggressive strategies to optimize costs without compromising delivery speed. Global Network: Overseeing operations for regional warehouses and leading the expansion into new locations (USA, UK, EU), managing everything from lease negotiation to rapid operationalization. Data-Led Execution: Utilizing internal dashboards to track daily performance, spotting trends, and identifying improvement areas before they become bottlenecks. Collaborating with Tech, Finance, and Marketing to ensure logistics supports new business models. Building and mentoring a high-performing operations team capable of scaling with the business. 10+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferably in a high-growth E-commerce or Tech-enabled environment. ~ You should be a ‘Change Agent‘, someone who writes the playbook rather than just following one. ~ you question the data and use it to drive strategy. ~ This is a high-touch role requiring presence in our Mumbai office to drive collaboration and rapid decision-making.
