Key Responsibilities The ideal person for this role will have the raw capability and drive to optimize our entire global fulfillment architecture, which comprises: Cost & Efficiency Ownership: Direct accountability for global shipping costs and operational efficiency. You will implement aggressive strategies to optimize costs without compromising delivery speed. Global Network: Overseeing operations for regional warehouses and leading the expansion into new locations (USA, UK, EU), managing everything from lease negotiation to rapid operationalization. Data-Led Execution: Utilizing internal dashboards to track daily performance, spotting trends, and identifying improvement areas before they become bottlenecks. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating with Tech, Finance, and Marketing to ensure logistics supports new business models. Team Development: Building and mentoring a high-performing operations team capable of scaling with the business. Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferably in a high-growth E-commerce or Tech-enabled environment. You have a track record of entering complex or chaotic environments, diagnosing root causes, and implementing structural changes in a short timeframe. We value capability over years served. You should be a "Change Agent", someone who writes the playbook rather than just following one. Strong understanding of operational KPIs. You don't just read reports; you question the data and use it to drive strategy. Willingness to operate at 30,000 feet (strategy) and 3 feet (execution). You should be comfortable negotiating with carriers one hour and presenting to leadership the next. This is a high-touch role requiring presence in our Mumbai office to drive collaboration and rapid decision-making.
