You will work extensively with Next.Js , translating complex AI workflows into intuitive dashboards and client-facing applications. Your work will directly influence how enterprises use AI, making sophisticated technology accessible and actionable.The role requires strong technical execution, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and close collaboration with backend, AI, and product teams.Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Build, optimise, and maintain responsive and performant web interfaces using Next.JsDevelop new client-facing features, dashboards, and workflow tools tightly integrated with backend AI systemsEnsure scalability, maintainability, and long-term reliability of all user interfacesAI Agent & Backend Integration Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with AI agents and APIsTranslate complex agent interactions into simple, intuitive user experiencesWork closely with Project Managers to align UI behaviour with product and client expectationsCross-team Collaboration Work closely with backend, AI, and product engineering teamsProvide technical recommendations during design reviewsCommunicate progress effectively to engineering leadership and cross-functional partnersQuality & Continuous Improvement Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and UI issuesEnsure accessibility, responsiveness, and high usability across devicesStay updated with modern frontend technologies and contribute suggestions for improving the development processWhat We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS , or other top Indian technical institutesStrong hands-on development experience with Next.Js and modern React workflowsMust have 5+ years of frontend development experience at a well-regarded technology organisationStrong understanding of:UI/UX fundamentalsResponsive designClient-side performance optimisationComponent architectures & state managementSecure integration with backend APIsAbility to translate complex technical workflows into clean, intuitive interfacesAbility to write clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend codeClear communication skills and confidence to interact with customers when requiredGood to Have Experience with backend integration using Node.Js or Python-based APIsFamiliarity with design systems (Tailwind, ShadCN)Exposure to building data dashboards or analytics-heavy UIsUnderstanding of authentication, security, and RBAC in front-end applicationsExperience with cloud deployments (Vercel, AWS, GCP)Why Join the AI Library Competitive compensation + performance-based bonusesWork directly with a Silicon Valley engineering leadership teamBuild next-generation AI systems used by major enterprises globallyHigh ownership, autonomy, and rapid career progressionProfessional development, mentorship, and leadership opportunities
