Backend Engineer (Java / Python / Golang / Node.js)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.Build scalable, high-performance systems capable of serving large B2C user bases.Work with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and data stores.Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security best practices.Optimize service performance, latency, and throughput.Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams on new features.Required Skills3–12 years of backend development experience in Java / Python / Golang / Node.js .Mandatory: Continuous work history in product-based companies only (no service/consulting).Mandatory: Experience in B2C application development , high-traffic systems, and user scaling.Strong understanding of microservices, API design, event-driven architecture.Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.).Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud systems and CI/CD pipelines.What We’re Looking ForStrong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.Ability to work in fast-paced product environments.Passion for delivering clean, maintainable, and scalable code.Experience in rapid feature development for consumer applications.Good to HaveExperience with performance tuning and distributed systems.Exposure to analytics, A/B testing, or growth-tech stacks.Understanding of security standards for consumer applications.
