Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and well-networked  Project Sales Partner  to promote our flagship product,  Identifi Ed , to potential clients. This role is designed to be flexible and part-time, allowing you to leverage your existing network and potential network to facilitate and close deals without requiring a full-time commitment from your side.
This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned professionals with industry connections who want to expand their influence and earnings by bringing a valuable workforce solution to businesses in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your network:  Leverage your existing professional connections to identify and initiate conversations with potential client companies.
Product Knowledge:  Become well-versed in Identifi Ed's capabilities, benefits, and unique selling points to confidently present the service & it’s offerings.
Lead Generation and Outreach:  Actively reach out through meetings, calls, cold calls, emails, and Linked In connections, to engage prospective clients.
Sales Presentations and Demos:  Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value of Identifi Ed to senior management, HR teams, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management:  Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads and clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and continued satisfaction with the product.

Impactful Product Offering:  Represent a product that supports companies in their hiring and employee development through data-driven skill assessments.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in B2 B Sales:  Proven experience in sales, preferably within Saa S or HR solutions, with a track record of closing deals.
Industry Connections:  A robust professional network that includes HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, career counsellors and organizational decision-makers. (Would be an advantage)
Effective Communication:  Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey the benefits and technical aspects of Identifi Ed Skillset Analysis by Practic-Alt clearly.
Self-Motivated:  Ability to work independently, proactively following up on leads and managing sales activities without constant supervision.
Presentation Skills:  Comfortable conducting sales presentations and demos in both virtual and in-person settings.
Compensation:
Fees paid to the partner are significantly higher than market rates. Details and process will be discussed during the hiring process.
