Full job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for a Dimaond manufacturing company situated at Surat to manage their Administration Team for HR functions including recruitment, performance management, workload analysis, leave management, and general HR operations. The successful candidate will focus on peformance evaluation, workoad analysis and other HR functions.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Talent AcquisitionDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidatesManage full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiringConduct interviews and make hiring recommendationsPartner with department heads on staffing needsMaintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boardsTrack recruitment metrics and improve hiring processesPerformance ManagementDesign and implement performance management systemsFacilitate annual performance reviews and goal settingCoach managers on performance management techniquesDevelop employee development programsAddress performance issues and implement corrective actionsCreate recognition and rewards programsWorkload Review and AnalysisConduct workload assessments across departmentsAnalyze job roles and responsibilities for efficiencyRecommend staffing adjustments based on workload analysisMonitor employee productivity and satisfactionImplement workforce planning strategiesDevelop metrics to track workload distributionLeave ManagementAdminister all employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA)Ensure compliance with leave regulationsProcess leave requests and maintain documentationCoordinate coverage during employee absencesUpdate leave policies as neededGenerate leave utilization reportsGeneral HR FunctionsDevelop and maintain HR policies and proceduresHandle employee relations issues and investigationsOversee compensation and benefits administrationCoordinate training and development programsMaintain HRIS systems and data accuracyPrepare HR reports for managementEnsure workplace safety complianceQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMaster's degree preferredHR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferredExperience5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in management_ (Must) _Experience in talent acquisition and performance managementKnowledge of employment law and complianceExperience with HRIS systemsTechnical Skills (Preffeed)HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, ADP)Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)HR analytics and reporting toolsPerformance management softwareJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundExperience:HR Manager (HR Management): 2 years (Preferred)HR Operations (HR Functions): 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
