The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about Tazen's services, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with leads, and contributing to the growth of the customer base through effective communication and persuasion.Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers effectively- Proficiency in telecalling techniques and experience in customer engagement- Ability to conduct needs-based conversations and provide relevant service information- Basic computer literacy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and use CRM tools- Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills- Prior experience in sales or customer support roles is an advantage- Fluency in English, Hindi, and any other regional language is preferred
