App Glide is led by a team of IIT & IIM alumni and is present in Chennai and BangaloreRole: Sales Operations InternThe Sales Operations Intern is primarily responsible for leading Lead Generation, Lead Management and Reporting operations for Saa S and tech companiesResponsibilitiesDefine buyer persona, discovery checklistDraft and iterate the email & Linkedin cadencesResearch and pre-qualify prospective client organisations using Sales Navigator, Linked In, Zoominfo, etcIdentify decision-makers and key influencers for outbound prospecting, draft outreach messagesReach out to identified prospects through Linked In and other channels as requiredFollowup with interested prospects through various channels, including Linked In, Emails, Chats etcData validation, cleanup, reporting & dashboards using sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot etcDaily reporting on outreach, conversion and demo calls scheduledUpdate CRM with outreach and lead enrichment data, as requiredLead funnel exception reporting and InsightsCreate documents in MS excel, Word and PPT as per requirementsSkillsExcellent written & spoken English skillsFamiliarity with Linked In, Sales Navigator, Sales Force/Hubspot, Sales Loft/Outplay/Klenty, Lusha would be a plusProactive, high energy and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to think on your feet and remain calm under pressureDesire and ability to rapidly learn a wide variety of new technical skillsWhy you'll love App GlideWork with fast growing international Saa S startups in AI/deep techFounding team of IIT-IIM graduates (IIT M, IIMB, IIMA) with prior startup experienceWe believe in a culture of mutual respect and ownership.We value employee’s work life balance and also ensure you have ownership of your work streams.We invest in our employees training and development with structured learning plans.LocationThe role will be based in Chennai.
